FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities

• Support market analysis to identify equity investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes, primarily tertiary assets and residential for development projects.
• Assist in evaluating the financial feasibility of real estate investments, including cash flow analysis, expected returns, capitalization rates, and asset valuation.
• Contribute to the development of financial models and projections to assess the potential performance of short‑term and long‑term real estate investments.
• Participate and assist in due diligence processes for specific assets and projects.
• Aid in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis results.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and other factors that may impact investment performance.
• Provide support as needed for active management of various projects, monitoring asset performance, identifying risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of prior experience in real estate investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial and investment principles, as well as the real estate market.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate investment analysis software (e.g., ARGUS, PRINEX, PRAYDE) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in presentations with specific tools like PowerPoint.
• Advanced level of English; French is ideal.
