What's your Mission?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for :

  • Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance / repair services.
  • Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Hours: 39 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Salary: 27,500€ per year
  • Performance Bonus: Upto 11,000€ per year (split across 4 months)

  • Training: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks continuous on the job training
