Overview

From Claire Joster Executive we are looking for our customer, a multinational industrial company headquartered in Europe, an Industrial Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of their subsidiary in Spain.

From their offices in Madrid, the Industrial Operations Manager will be the driving force behind the company’s operational excellence.

Your mission : to streamline processes, empower teams, and deliver outstanding results that fuel business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape Strategy: Partner with the executive team to set and execute operational goals that align with the company’s vision.
  • Optimize Resources: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability across all business units.
  • Drive Performance: Lead initiatives to achieve growth targets, continuously improving operational workflows and outcomes.
  • Monitor & Adapt: Supervise daily operations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to meet business objectives.
  • Empower Teams: Ensure the right people, tools, and resources are in place to achieve key milestones and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Champion Change: Lead process improvement projects based on data analysis and KPIs, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Develop Talent: Implement programs that support change management, employee motivation, and professional growth.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • High level of English.
  • More than 10 years of experience in industrial operations.
  • Experience working with international teams and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems.
