A leading engineering division in Tarragona is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to drive the industrial engineering strategy in a key automotive plant. This role involves leading a team of engineers, optimizing processes for e-mobility, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, fluent English, and experience in the automotive industry. • Experience in the automotive industry, ideally electronics.
• Proven leadership in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop 5 direct engineers and a broader team of 35 professionals.
• Drive the industrialization of new lines and products.
• Optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, automation, testing).
• Ensure on-time launches and continuous improvement.
• Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
