  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.

  • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
  • C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
  • Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.
  • Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, particularly in a service-focused capacity.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
