The Role

This role involves ensuring our operational processes run smoothly from onboarding and contracts to day-to-day HR administration, compliance, and benefits.

You'll also collaborate closely with a diverse group of executives and leaders each with their own priorities, personalities, and ways of working.

  • Owning the onboarding process from offer acceptance to day one - ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for new hires.
  • Managing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Handling HR administration (employee records, leave tracking, policy updates).
  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Lead to ensure a seamless handover from hiring to onboarding.
  • Partnering with executives and managers to understand needs and priorities balancing multiple viewpoints with tact and professionalism.
  • Owning the design management and improvement of employee benefits to keep them competitive and aligned with our culture.
  • Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.
  • Collaborating with leadership on process improvements to make HR more efficient.
What We're Looking For
