Mission
The Iberia & Corporate HR Business Partner needs to oversee all human resources operations of the region and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. Ultimately, he / she should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
Job Functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and regional managers to provide support for employee-related matters
- Manage key HR processes such as headcount planning, cost analysis, performance reviews, OKRs, acting as a consultant rather than a coach challenging senior managers when necessary
- Monthly analysis of HR trends and metrics of the Area
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with Top Management and Employees to improve engagement and increase productivity
- Provide HR policy guidance and support organizational structure changes and strategy development
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Evaluate local talent skills to define succession plans, training needs for teams and individuals together with the L&D Manager
- Own the Employee Experience in Headquarters, as well as Onboarding and Off-boarding processes
- Suggest new HR strategies and People Agenda for the area
Requirements
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic decision making
- Full understanding of HR functions : experience with performance management, HR operations, training & development and organizational structure management. Knowledge of local labor legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior level and project management
- Data-driven with experience in HR metrics; proficient in Excel and Google Suite and able to work with data tools
- Soft skills : assertiveness, analytical, goal oriented, empathy, conflict resolution, communication, attention to detail
- Languages : Full English working proficiency (written and verbal); other European languages are a plus
