A global player in the renewable energy industry is seeking a proactive HR Technician in Madrid to support core HR operations across various countries. This temporary role involves managing onboarding, updating employee records, and administering benefits. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or related fields, at least 2 years of HR experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Administration/Operations in an international scope.
  • Familiarity with invoicing process tools.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS platforms, BambooHR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical archives.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
  • Administer benefits across assigned countries.
  • Oversee and update HR policies for compliance.

A global player in the renewable energy industry is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Technician based in Madrid to support core HR operations across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands‑on approach to optimizing HR processes in a dynamic and international environment.

This is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and personal files in the HRIS and physical archives.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, vacation, and leave requests.
  • Administer benefits in the assigned countries.
  • Oversee and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and requirements.
  • Manage HR invoicing processes and coordinate with vendors.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR Administration / Operations area, within an international scope.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS platforms. BambooHR is a plus.
  • Familiarity with invoicing process tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
