A leading hearing care provider is seeking an HR Specialist in Alicante, Spain. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance and enhancing employee experience through various HR initiatives. Responsibilities include leading HR compliance projects, driving engagement initiatives, and improving internal communications. The ideal candidate must have a degree in HR or a related field and strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, alongside experience in similar roles. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish are essential. Flexible hybrid working model offered.
The HR Specialist will ensure full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience across our organization. This role is key to delivering mandatory HR projects (Equality Plan, Digital Disconnection Protocol, etc.), strengthening internal communication, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
