Overview

Human Resources Generalist

The role of Human Resources Generalist is to serve as a local HR partner, working closely with the European Human Resources team. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, HR Shared Services, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR initiatives to support daily operations and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
  • Support HR Shared Services including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
  • Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
  • Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture building, and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of HR-related experience preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated proactive with strong accountability and team spirit.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.
