Formación

In our HR GAES team in Madrid, we are currently looking for an HR People Partner dedicated to field organization population.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the field organization by advising and coaching managers to drive workforce performance. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related topics in the field and play a key role in deploying HR strategies, initiatives, and programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated HR support to the field organization
  • Advise and coach managers on performance management and talent topics
  • Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from managers and employees
  • Ensure compliant and efficient HR service delivery
  • Deploy workforce and talent strategies aligned with business needs
  • Support and execute HR processes in line with CoE standards (onboarding, training, performance and compensation reviews, employer branding)
  • Identify business needs and propose HR solutions in partnership with People Services and HR stakeholders
  • Support HR communication and reporting using data and insights
  • Partner closely with Associate Directors, Managers, field teams, and REX / Sales
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Industrial, or Consumer Goods environments
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and HRIS tools
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
