Formación

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience focused on recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in multinational companies, preferably in the Internet industry.
• Adaptable to different work cultures with experience in global teams.
• Skills in payroll processing and managing third-party vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for People and Admin needs.
• Manage the recruitment cycle from posting to hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with the Global People Operations Team to align with culture.
• Ensure high-quality HR administration and continuous process improvement.
