A leading student accommodation provider in Madrid is seeking an HR professional to enhance business performance by providing HR solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary HR contact for Iberian teams, managing recruitment processes, and fostering talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and have 2-3 years of HR experience in an international context, with fluency in English and Spanish. This role offers the opportunity to impact the employee experience positively.

Formación

  • 2-3 years of broad HR experience, ideally in an international or multi-country context.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

HR Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Partner with managers to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth.
  • Coach and support leaders on all people-related matters, including development, change management, and team performance.
  • Champion an engaging and inclusive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle
HR Operations & Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary HR contact for our Iberian teams, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, including investigations, performance issues, and exit processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead and support recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring we attract and select the right talent.
Performance & Talent Development
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and meaningful outcomes.
  • Identify training needs and implement initiatives to close skill gaps, foster career development, and build high-performing teams.
  • Support managers in developing their leadership capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
Compliance & HR Policy
  • Draft, update, and roll out HR policies and procedures that are practical, relevant, and aligned with our values.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

Qualifications
