A dynamic marketing agency in Barcelona is looking for a motivated individual to join their HR team. The successful candidate will handle payroll administration, manage internal HR processes, and support employee benefits. The ideal applicant is a student in Business Administration or related fields, with strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Spanish. The offer includes a monthly remuneration of 600€. This position is a great opportunity within a fast-growing and innovative team.

Formación

  • Student in Business Administration, HR or Labor Relations preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in payroll management and HR administrative procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and plan work.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Fluency in English & Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Process new hires, terminations, and contractual modifications.
  • Manage time tracking system and handle vacations, permits, and absences.
  • Coordinate with external prevention services.
  • Support payroll administration by collecting information for communication.
  • Manage the company's social benefits.

Your missions:
  • Processing of new hires, terminations and contractual modifications in the internal management systems
  • Management and parameterization of the time tracking system, as well as, direct contact point with the staff regarding calculation and management of vacations, permits and absences
  • Coordination with the external prevention service
  • Give support with payroll administration: collect all payroll-related information being the intermediary between the company and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service
  • Management of the company's social benefits
Who are you?
  • Student in Business Administration, HR or Labor Relations preferred
