We are seeking a data-driven and solution-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Analytics & Benefits Specialist. This role combines strategic insight with operational excellence, supporting both our analytical initiatives and benefits operations across multiple countries.
Contribute to the development of our new analytical strategy.
Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards that provide insights across the employee lifecycle, performance, turnover, DEI, engagement, compensation, and benefits utilization.
Analyze data from employee surveys, exit interviews, and ad hoc feedback loops.
Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and process improvements.
Manage day-to-day benefits processes for assigned countries.
Liaise with vendors for enrollment, renewals, invoicing, and service escalations.
Lead open enrollment cycles, including communications and employee support.
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures.
Benchmark benefits and provide analysis ahead of annual renewals.
Implement new benefits and independently lead related projects.
