Senior Amazon Ads Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Amazon Ads Strategist to lead strategic growth and performance across high-value clients.

About the Role :

• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day management and optimization of key Amazon Ads accounts.
• They will co-develop strategic advertising plans alongside senior leadership for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of mid-sized Amazon Ads accounts, from campaign setup and optimization to reporting and client engagement.

Lead weekly client calls and ensure alignment on business objectives and performance.

Innovation & Process Improvement :

Evaluate new tools, platforms, and optimization techniques to improve performance.

Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, reporting tools, and scalable processes.

Team Enablement & Training :

Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Assist in coordinating internal training and certification programs.

Leadership Collaboration :

Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to execute and refine the agency-wide Amazon Ads strategy.
