Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled High-Performance CNC Machinist to join our team in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. As a seasoned professional in the oilfield industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our tubular products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a CNC operator, specifically in threading API rotary shouldered connections on oilfield tubulars. If you have a strong background in working with precision machinery and a keen eye for detail, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed CNC lathes to thread complex API rotary shouldered connections and proprietary thread forms on oilfield tubulars
• Ensure high-quality products meet industry standards by implementing rigorous inspection and testing procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency
• Maintain critical stock levels of consumables and tooling for the Machine Shop, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
• Travel to other machine shops as needed to support project requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a CNC operator with expertise in threading API rotary shouldered connections
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Beneficial Experience

• Threading NOV proprietary connections using advanced machining techniques
• Familiarity with NOV procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards
