Key Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor, you will:
- Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
- Promote Company Products.
- Detect and understand customers objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
- Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
- Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign upselling.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BA/BS degree OR equivalent work experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Language Skills: C2 level proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments (preferably).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
- Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
- Regularly integrate AI tools into workflows and interpret insights to personalize outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment and contribute actively to team success.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a confident and determined mindset.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
