Formación

• Experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruitment team.
• Developing recruitment and sourcing hiring plans.
• Able to work with little direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of business recruiters.
• Deliver hiring OKRs for all functions through strategy.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.

Conocimientos

Experience working to a range of performance metrics

People leadership experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
