Una multinacional de servicios industriales busca un Director de Operaciones en Madrid, encargado de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento y asegurar la excelencia operativa. Se ofrece un proyecto estable con autonomía y la responsabilidad del P&L de la filial española. Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 15 años, incluyendo gestión en entornos industriales pesados, y un nivel alto de inglés (C1/C2).

Formación

• 15 años de experiencia profesional mínima en roles de alta dirección.
• Experiencia consolidada (5+ años) en gestión de operaciones o dirección de unidades de negocio.
• Experiencia en entornos industriales pesados, como minería, cemento o gestión de residuos industriales.
• Nivel C1/C2 en inglés (esencial para comunicación con la sede internacional).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la estrategia de crecimiento y garantizar la excelencia operativa.
• Responsabilidad total del P&L de la filial española.
• Optimizar la logística interna y el mantenimiento de maquinaria pesada.
• Gestionar contratos a largo plazo con clientes B2B de nivel 1.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas ambientales.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (Heavy Industrial Services / Circular Economy)

Leading Multinational in Industrial Services & Environment. Multinational group specializing in the provision of critical services and sustainability solutions for the heavy industrial sector. The company is dedicated to integral resource management, process optimization, and the circular economy, helping large industrial clients maximize their operational efficiency and minimize their environmental impact.

Reporting to the European Leadership Team, the Operations Director will assume full responsibility for the Business Unit (P&L). Your mission will be to lead the growth strategy, guarantee operational excellence across service centers, and maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Full P&L responsibility for the Spanish subsidiary.

Definition and implementation of the local strategy, aligned with global corporate objectives.

Rigorous financial control, cash flow management, and supervision of capital expenditures (CAPEX) in machinery and technology.

Lead geographically distributed operational teams in high-demand industrial environments.

Optimize the efficiency of internal logistics, material processing services, and heavy machinery fleet maintenance.

Manage Long-Term Contracts with Tier-1 B2B industrial clients.

Lead complex negotiations, service renewals, and the identification of new collaboration avenues.

Ensure strict compliance with current environmental regulations.

MSc in Engineering (Industrial, Mining, or similar). An MBA is highly valued.

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with a consolidated track record (5+ years) in General Management, Operations Director, or Business Unit Director roles with P&L accountability.

Experience in heavy industrial environments is required (e.g., Mining, Cement, Metallurgy, Civil Construction, or Industrial Waste Management).

Proven experience leading large teams and blue-collar workforces in production environments.
