Our client is a fast-scaling, design-forward company on a mission to grow from €10M to €30M+ revenue over the next 24 months. They’re seeking a Head of Operations to own and evolve their end-to-end delivery engine. This is a rare opportunity to architect the operations backbone of a high-touch, high-impact product business.
You’ll lead a growing cross-functional team (design, production, logistics, customer care, services) and drive a customer-obsessed culture that blends structure, speed, and exceptional experience.
Customer-First Ops Mindset
Make the customer journey as impressive as the product
Integrate NPS, delivery accuracy, and satisfaction into ops KPIs
Team Leadership & Structure
Manage a team of ~13 across core operations functions
Retain top performers, reposition others, and hire 3–4 “A-players” to scale
Vendor & Supply Chain Optimization
Own vendor relationships across materials, manufacturing, logistics, and install
Improve quality, capacity, and reliability—beyond just pricing
Scalable Systems & Processes
Eliminate bottlenecks and improve cross-functional handoffs
Build robust SOPs from sales handoff to final installation
Data-Driven Execution
Build and track a strong operational KPI framework
Use performance data to align priorities across teams and vendors
Internal Accountability & Culture
Foster initiative, urgency, and ownership across the ops team
Implement structured performance expectations and early intervention when needed
Support International Growth
Prepare the delivery org to expand into new markets
Lead logistics and infrastructure projects that enable scale
Experienced in scaling ops orgs during high-growth stages
Strong operator with a customer-first mindset
A hands-on leader who builds systems and drives execution
Data- and process-driven, with a deep sense of ownership
Track record managing vendors and improving supply chain performance
Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a strong plus
