Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for product improvement.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and iterate on features to enhance user satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines.
• Drive a data‑driven approach to decision‑making, leveraging metrics and insights to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
