Formación

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español son esenciales.
• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y recepción es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes y asistir durante su estancia.
• Ofrecer servicios adicionales y asesorar sobre atracciones turísticas.
• Colaborar con los departamentos de gestión y mantenimiento.

Conocimientos

Capacidades de escritura y ortografía en inglés y español

Capacidades de relación con el cliente

Conocimiento de Andalucía

Experiencia como recepcionista

Licencia de conducir

Your mission

Guest Service Agent at REMS

Responsibilities

1. Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
2. Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).
3. Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).
4. Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
5. Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
6. Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.

Conditions and Benefits

1. Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (Depending on company needs).
2. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1 hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month.
3. For the night shift: Schedule varies depending on company's needs.
4. Possibility of part-time scheduling starting from 25H/ Week.
5. Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.
6. Days off: 2 days per week.
7. Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 32.500 EUR annually.
8. Great career potential growth in the rental department.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).
2. Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.
3. Having strong customer relationship capabilities.
4. Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities).
5. Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.
6. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
7. Driving license is a plus.
