We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high-value clients particularly in retail, travel, and other large-scale industries.

In this role, you will work closely with established businesses to develop strategic, long-term advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.

About the Role

This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high-volume sales.

Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets, expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.

  • Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German-speaking clients
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and long-term growth plans
  • Build deep, trusted partnerships with marketing leaders
  • Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative direction
  • Align advertising strategies with client business goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up sessions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts
Requirements
  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related area or equivalent professional experience
  • C2 German + strong English communication skills
  • 1-2+ years in sales, digital advertising, or account management
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, ideally with enterprise-level clients
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization
  • Mid / Senior-level profile comfortable advising decision-makers
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and consultative skills
