Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics or 1 year of experience in Trading/business areas.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing.
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
  • Excel and PPT management.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or more).

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze data for IBERIA market to assess business strategies.
  • Support Agency team with reporting, analysis, and operational coordination.
  • Manage Products and Solutions rate cards.
  • Control and validate billing processes for accuracy.
  • Prepare and update recurring performance and business reports.
  • Monitor Salesforce opportunities and sales pipeline reports.
  • Conduct value checks and track deals end-to-end.
  • Produce audiovisual measurement and performance reporting.
  • Review compliance requirements.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team at Publicis Groupe, contributing to a major transformation project. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to support business expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzed data for the IBERIA market (Spain and Portugal) to assess the impact of business and sales strategies.
  • Supported the Agency team with reporting, analysis, and operational coordination.
  • Managed and maintained Products and Solutions rate cards.
  • Controlled and validated billing processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepared and updated recurring performance and business reports.
  • Monitored Salesforce opportunities and sales pipeline reports.
  • Conducted value checks and tracked deals end-to-end.
  • Produced audiovisual measurement and performance reporting.
  • Reviewed compliance requirements, including client opt-ins.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or 1 year of experience in Trading/business areas.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing (rest of media knowledge is highly valued)
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
  • Excel and PPT management.
  • Are proficient in English (B2 or more). This will be assessed at interview with Talent Team.
