About The Role

We're expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established, experienced Sales Agents to lead growth across new and existing regions.

You should have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures. Passion for offering truly unlimited investment opportunities is key, along with a readiness to prospect new clients in new markets.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record in business development and a strong personal network of retail and institutional clients, introducing partners, asset managers, fund managers, and other private investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Prospecting
    • Initiate outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
    • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
    • Drive qualified meetings into the pipeline
  • Client List Building & Management
    • Identify contacts within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
    • Build segmented lists with tools like Sales Navigator & Apollo
    • Maintain enriched CRM records
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing
    • Use BANT or MEDDIC frameworks to qualify leads
    • Identify key decision‑makers
    • Execute timely follow‑ups & structured hand‑offs
Your Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Sales (Financial Services/Investments)
  • Network of clients: retail, institutional, brokers, asset managers
  • Strong knowledge of forex, CFDs, and global markets
  • Proven success in consultative and strategic sales
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly driven and organized
