Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager based in Barcelona, who will play a pivotal role in shaping Perk’s offices worldwide. You will lead Real Estate strategy across Europe and the US, while ensuring our Central Europe hubs; Zurich, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Vienna are secure, efficient, and optimized for collaboration and creativity. This role emphasizes strategic and operational management of our global Real Estate portfolio and Facilities operations, with a supportive focus on employee experience initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Real Estate Management:

  • Own the end-to-end Real Estate strategy across all Perk offices in Europe and the US.

  • Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures, ensuring alignment with company culture, headcount growth, and operational needs.

  • Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords, brokers, and property managers, securing favorable terms while protecting Perk’s interests.

  • Prepare business cases, including financial models, space utilization analysis, and strategic recommendations for leadership decisions.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of all Real Estate projects.

  • Align Real Estate decisions with broader Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies, including sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Central Europe hubs, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other essential services.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards and prevent disruptions.

  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, renovations, and technical service implementation, ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.

  • Develop and manage emergency response, business continuity, and health & safety plans across all sites.

  • Own Facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Experience Support (Secondary Focus):

  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, including office look & feel, workspace layout, food & beverage offerings, and event collaboration.

  • Partner with the Community Experience team to maintain a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a Workplace Experience Specialist, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

  • Ensure alignment with the Barcelona Workplace Experience Manager and across all hubs for a unified approach.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in hubs to understand priorities, provide updates on projects, and maintain transparent communication.

  • Work closely with TechOps, Legal, Finance, and People teams to align on operational and strategic objectives.
