Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related Finance field.
• Advanced English skills, with other languages a plus.
• Proven experience in finance roles with knowledge of finance processes.
• Experience in team leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Accounts Receivables cycle for TUI legal entities.
• Manage collection, cash application, and dispute processes.
• Analyze invoicing parameters and supervise payment requests.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in client Master Data processes.
• Produce KPI statistics to monitor team performance.
• Supervise daily tasks, recruit, onboard, and manage team performance.
