A global testing and certification leader based in Madrid seeks a Senior Manager to oversee operational delivery for medical schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and manage resources efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in the medical device industry, solid leadership experience, and a relevant university degree. This role is open to remote candidates within Europe.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in medical device or IVD industry.
• At least 5 years senior leadership in a Notified Body.
• Demonstrated success in P&L roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage technical functions globally.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards throughout assessment lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical workflows.

Conocimientos

Understanding of EU MDR, EU IVDR, UKCA

Leadership in regulated environments

Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Change management capabilities

Commercial understanding of TIC industry

Resource planning experience

Qualification as Lead Auditor under EU MDR/EU IVDR

Fluency in English

Educación

University degree in medicine, engineering, life sciences
