German-Speaking Sales Specialist Hybrid / Remote (Spain)

Location : Hybrid in Barcelona Malaga Valencia; Remote in the rest of Spain

Work Hours : Full-time 39 hours per week Monday to Friday 09 : 00 18 : 00

Start Date : ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales this role you will be responsible for identifying developing and closing sales opportunities across the German-speaking market in Spain. You will collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions strengthen relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients via phone email and online platforms.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C1C2) and good English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in sales business development or account management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven proactive and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model depending on location.
