Formación

What You'll Do
As part of our inside sales team, you'll:

  • Manage structured follow-up calls with interested prospects
  • Represent a premium automotive brand with integrity and attention to detail
  • Guide customers through their purchase decisions, addressing concerns and offering insights
  • Document key findings and interactions to support the wider sales team
  • Build lasting relationships by offering consistent and high-quality communication
  • Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence in every customer interaction

Your Profile

  • Speak German fluently and have advanced English skills
  • Hold a high school diploma (or higher) – background in business, communication or automotive is a plus
  • Mandatory experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors
  • Communicate professionally and confidently, especially with high-end customers
  • Are passionate about the automotive industry and premium products
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with structured workflows and reporting
  • Either hold an EU passport or a valid Spanish work permit

The Offer

  • Permanent contract, 39 hours/week
  • Rotating shifts Monday–Saturday between 09:00–20:00
  • Base salary: €21,484 gross/year
  • Performance bonus: up to €3,000 gross/year
