A technology support company is looking for a German-speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers with tech and audio products. The role is fully remote for those located in mainland Spain and offers full paid training. Candidates should have great communication skills and an interest in audio technology. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and performance bonuses.

Remote Customer Service Representative – Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only)

Remote from anywhere in mainland Spain (excluding islands) or hybrid from our Barcelona office
Full-time · Temporary contract

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in German and a solid command of English
  • Great communication and customer care skills
  • Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS
  • Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
