You will be joining a world-class, collaborative digital marketing team located in the vibrant city of Barcelona. Your mission involves providing crucial support to inventive companies as they initiate their operational presence on one of the industry's most prominent advertising platforms—Google. This position requires integrating expertise in strategic digital planning, effective client setup, and ongoing performance advisory. Your primary goal is to guide them toward building successful paid advertising campaigns by educating them on platform functionality, structuring their campaigns correctly, and applying top industry practices for achieving long‑term, scalable growth.

As the dedicated initial point of contact for new users, you are expected to blend your specialized marketing knowledge with acute commercial insight. You will be responsible for teaching clients how to maximize the return from their advertising budget while consistently identifying suitable opportunities for greater strategic development. Your work will empower these businesses to make intelligent decisions based on available data and solidify their continuous engagement with the platform.

Key Accountabilities
  • Integrate new users, providing step‑by‑step guidance on platform configuration, strategic digital roadmaps, and the foundational principles of performance optimization.
  • Develop and structure Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) campaigns, adhering to best practices for targeting, bidding models, creative assets, and conversion measurement.
  • Analyze specific business goals and digital customer funnels to propose tailored advertising solutions.
  • Deliver continuous consultation to enhance overall campaign efficiency, maximize Return on Investment (ROI), and refine the holistic digital marketing strategy.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via calls to engage new clients, highlight key platform features, and recommend solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or the adoption of advanced platform capabilities based on client objectives.
  • Share relevant updates regarding platform changes, emerging audience trends, and optimization methodologies.
  • Ensure precise client progress documentation is maintained to guarantee a smooth and systematic onboarding process.
  • Support clients in successfully incorporating automation, AI‑driven features, and smart bidding into their ongoing marketing operations.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience
  • A university‑level qualification (BA/BS degree) or demonstrated professional experience deemed equivalent.
  • Mandatory C2‑level fluency in both German and English.
  • Previous professional experience in the fields of marketing or sales.
  • A history of roles involving direct client interaction, consultancy, or advertising campaign management.
  • Proven ability to work independently while consistently achieving high‑quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and communication strategies reliant on performance data.
  • Comfort analyzing key performance metrics and presenting actionable strategic insights.
