As the Design Director for Two Dots, you will report directly to the GM and join a team committed to delivering great player experiences that turn into a growing business. Your mission is to lead the design department (Systems‑Level UI/UX) and cooperate with your product, engineering, art and production peers to define long‑term game goals, draft a strategy and follow up the execution.

• Strong team fit: results‑oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people‑centric
• Product Strategy: cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap
• Game Execution: raise standards by leading by example
• Management: unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Set clear goals & KPIs, follow up results and remove roadblocks.

• 7 years of experience in Product / Design positions.
• Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way.
• Strong analytical mindset: ability to decompose significant problems into smaller pieces, devise opportunities, assess risks and identify growth levers.

• Strong communication: verbal and written.
