Formación

• Good understanding of capital structures, credit analysis, and legal documentation in structured lending.
• Previous experience in Structured Finance, Fund Finance, M&A, Private Equity or related roles within investment banking.

Responsabilidades

• Support the analysis and execution of subscription lines, equity NAVs, and ABL transactions.
• Provide assistance with legal documentation negotiation and transaction closing.
• Manage NDAs and preliminary documentation with support from the legal department.
• Prepare marketing materials to support origination with clients.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to structure efficient transactions.
