Full Time Spa Manager for a 5 Star Hotel Spa in Barcelona, Spain.

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee operations at a luxurious hotel spa in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in spa management, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily spa operations to ensure high-quality service and profitability.
• Leading and motivating staff, including therapists, beauticians, and support personnel.
• Ensuring all treatments meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintaining professional cooperation with hotel staff and managing guest relations.
• Handling reports, records, and risk assessments according to company standards.
• Working flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in spa, massage, facial, beauty, hairdressing, pedicure, or manicure services is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
