Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer (with good capabilities in AI / Gen AI integration) to join our innovative Agentic AI Center of Excellence team in Barcelona. This hybrid role will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying agent-powered process automation solutions for key processes (P2P, O2C, A2R, G2G, tax, payroll). The candidate will blend expertise in AI engineering (agent orchestration, LLM integration) with full-stack development (client portals, omnichannel interfaces) to drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance in a POC phase, with potential expansion.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development : Build and maintain client-facing interfaces, including self-service portals and mobile apps, using modern frameworks.
• Develop omnichannel experiences for clients, employees, and partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
• Collaborate on platform operating models, focusing on orchestration, governance, and compliance by design.

• AI Support : Work closely with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based services into web applications.
• Be comfortable with basic concepts like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector stores.
• Ensure AI components are embedded into user-facing solutions in a robust and user-friendly way.

• Collaboration & Innovation : Work with finance experts, supervisors, and the core operating team to embed domain expertise into AI solutions.
• Contribute to POC development, tooling, and infrastructure setup, accelerating delivery and reducing error rates.
• Support group alignment and vision by designing scalable technology that meets business outcomes and quality management goals.

Your Profile

Technical Skills :

• Full-stack expertise (e.g., React, Node.js, Python) with a focus on scalable web applications and integration with AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and DevOps practices (CI / CD, MLOps) to ensure robust deployment and monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of vibe-coding technics and product development life cycles.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI) — hands-on experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and APIs (Databricks, MS Fabric, vector stores) is an advantage.

Experience :

• 3+ years in full-stack development, with hybrid project experience preferred.
• Proven track record in process automation or agent-based systems.

Soft Skills :

• Strong problem-solving and innovative mindset to drive efficiency and task execution.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, including finance experts and supervisors, for knowledge base integration.
• Commitment to compliance, governance, and European / international standards.
