Formación

French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative, Barcelona

We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our client's office in Barcelona!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
  • Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
  • Respond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate manner
  • Place outbound calls when required
  • Quote creation and follow up
  • Use upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
  • Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
  • Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
  • Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
  • Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • C2/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
  • Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
  • Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
  • Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Exceptional customer-facing and customer care skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
