In this role, you will assist corporate clients by addressing their IT inquiries and developing solutions.   • Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems
  • Receiving incident reports via phone and email
  • Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers
  • Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support
  • Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team

  • Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken, required
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
