About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in French financial products to join our data validation and enrichment team (Boost). The main mission is to provide expert knowledge on investment vehicles specific to the French market—especially insurance-based products and local wealth structures—ensuring their proper interpretation, operational treatment, and integration into our internal systems.

This role focuses on the technical and operational characteristics of financial products, rather than their financial performance or investment management.

What you'll do ️

Here’s what you can expect to work on :

• Bring expert knowledge on French-specific financial products, particularly :
• Contrats d’assurance-vie (mono and multisupport)
• Fonds euros and other insurance-based investment solutions
• Review and validate the operational handling of these products within internal systems, ensuring correct interpretation and classification
• Act as a reference point for complex questions regarding the structure, features, or operational behavior of these products
• Collaborate closely with data and tech teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous improvement of product handling processes
• Identify operational gaps or inconsistencies and propose effective, scalable solutions

What we'd love to see

• Minimum 3 years of experience in middle office, back office, or operational roles in private banking, insurance, custodians, or family offices in France
• Deep practical knowledge of French-specific financial products, with direct hands-on experience in their operational treatment
• Technical and operational mindset : strong understanding of how these products are structured, classified, and processed
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Language Proficiency : Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment ️.
