Location: Remote

Contract Type: Freelance (rolling contract)

Pay Rate: €25/hour (paid by scheduled time)

About the Role

We are partnered with a leading global webinar platform and are expanding our Tier II freelance team to support demanding corporate clients who utilise advanced webcast features. These events often involve large audiences and require strong technical oversight.

We are seeking bilingual freelance Webcast Monitors to manage these high-value events. Fluency in English plus one of Italian, Spanish, or French is essential.

Events are scheduled on weekdays, typically between 9am–8pm CET, to cover both European and US-based clients. Freelancers must have full control over their calendars and commit to scheduled events, which are usually booked 5–7 days in advance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support live corporate webinars/webcasts.
  • Run pre-event checks and presenter training in English and the second language.
  • Provide live technical troubleshooting during events.
  • Respond to attendee questions in real time in the appropriate language.
  • Submit weekly timesheets and monthly invoices.
Work Volume
  • Variable workload: 7–13 hours/month (some months may be zero).
  • Team supports 300–1,200 events quarterly.
  • Rolling contract: some freelancers have remained in this role for 10+ years.
Ideal Backgrounds

We welcome professional freelancers from any discipline, particularly those with flexible desk-based roles such as:

  • Web designers
  • Virtual Assistants
  • Graphic designers
  • SEO specialists
  • Bookkeepers

These professionals typically manage their own schedules effectively and adapt well to supporting live events.

Application Process
  • Confirm technical requirements, linguistic skills and availability.
  • Apply with your CV (PDF or Word).

Applications missing either the keyword or CV will not be considered.

Requirements
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English + Italian / Spanish / French.
  • Reliable laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
  • Availability weekdays, 9am–8pm CET.
  • Flexible diary management — able to block out time for scheduled events.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with technology.
  • Prior experience in webinars, broadcasting, events, or client-facing tech roles desirable.
  • Other source of income — this work can be sporadic and works well for professional freelancers with more than one source of income.
Benefits
Compensation
  • €25/hour.
  • Typical event: 1.5 hrs paid (1 hr event + 30 mins pre-checks).
  • Longer events or early finishes are still paid by scheduled time.
