Fragrances Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team. This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work in a diverse environment with a passionate team that knows how to have fun along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Fragrances Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department.

Main focus:

• Manage people and organize weekly schedules, leading a team of 60 technicians.
• Lead maintenance for PKG + MKG.
• Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant daily.
• Oversee the mandatory yearly training plan.
• Conduct daily/weekly DDS of priority lines.
• Review 100% of packing lines performance monthly.
• Own the Fragrances PM DMS pillar.
• Follow up weekly on PM KPIs (BD + % PM).
• Manage workshops and spare parts (+2 insides).
• Serve as machine safety owner for Granollers site and LOTO leader.
• Develop SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
• Manage assets and CAPEX/OVH accounts for fragrances.
• Create maintenance budget for the fiscal year.
• Manage production administration, hiring, and FTE budget control.
• Oversee CR360 maintenance management.
• Assist task forces for priority lines.
