About the role

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing timely financial insights, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial accounting, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with PGC.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Implement and monitor effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive performance and profitability.

About You :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s / MBA desirable).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally with exposure to international environments.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel; proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE, Lucanet, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
