What You’ll Do

• Responsible for processing of software sales orders, including generating SAP orders and invoices.
• Handle client communications regarding software‑related inquiries.
• Support the Sales Office team with export orders by managing export documentation and performing administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update accurate records for sales, customer information, and product details, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with the logistic team and the finance department to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Related experiences 3 to 5 years.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SF) and SAP platforms.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
