A leading global healthcare technology company is seeking a Finance Master Data Lead in Madrid. The role involves creating a centralized finance master data function for Diabetes and requires 8-10 years of experience in master data management. Are you ready to lead the creation and management of a centralized finance master data function for Diabetes? The Diabetes business is becoming an independent, publicly traded company, with a clear focus on innovation, operational excellence, and growth in diabetes care. As the Finance Master Data Lead, you will ensure the accuracy, quality, and governance of financial master data, which is critical for automation, efficient finance processes, and support the successful implementation of SAP S / 4HANA (an enterprise resource planning system) at Day 2 (Transition Service Agreement (TSA)) exit with Medtronic). This is an exciting opportunity to shape master data strategy and governance for a growing international organization.
This role is based in Heerlen, Netherlands, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. You will collaborate with IT, finance, and cross‑functional teams, and report to senior leadership. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and ensure alignment across regions.

Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Experience managing culturally diverse teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with advanced data quality tools and KPI frameworks will help you excel in this role, but are not required.
