Formación

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and grow the business within the customer portfolio, focusing on Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management.
  2. Define and execute an annual customer plan to develop category potential based on the international core range and NPD.
  3. Conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions.
  4. Present and list new products in the customers' assortment matrix.
  5. Develop, coordinate, and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards with customers.
  6. Forecast sales volumes on a monthly basis.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for Key Accounts, including the full Marketing Mix.
  2. Develop and prepare sales reports, and control budgets and investments.
  3. Understand customers’ business activities and build effective relationships.
  4. Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
  5. Identify white spots and manage the onboarding of new clients.

  • Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Salesforce
  • Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
  • International Key Account Managers, sales, and brand groups
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
  • University degree
  • 3-5 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
Specific Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of KA, customers, and competitors
  • Good understanding of overall sales processes, including marketing, finance, logistics, and key account management processes
  • Full understanding of client P&L and activation strategies
  • Good grasp of key financial figures
Specific Skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage change
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
