Una agencia inmobiliaria en crecimiento busca un Agente Inmobiliario experimentado para la Costa del Sol. El candidato ideal deberá tener al menos 2 años de experiencia y la habilidad de cerrar ventas de alto valor. La posición es solo por comisión, con comisiones entre el 30% y 65%, y ganancias que pueden superar los 20,000 € al mes. Es necesario tener coche propio y licencia de conducir. Se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y un sólido apoyo de back-office.

Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en bienes raíces en la Costa del Sol.

Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency specialising in buyers, resales, and new developments across the Costa del Sol.

With one of the strongest digital lead engines on the coast, we're expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Buyer Agents ready to perform.

This is a sales-first role.

We generate the leads, provide the systems and support — you focus on advising clients and closing deals.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of real estate experience on the Costa del Sol (preferred)
• Proven ability to close property or high-value sales
• Fluent English (Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish are a big plus)
• Based on the Costa del Sol, with own car & driver's licence
• Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register)
