Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Rental Manager to lead our rental department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Marbella real estate market, a proven track record in property management and client relations. This role requires a professional who is not only a skilled manager but also a strategic thinker, capable of expanding our rental portfolio and enhancing our reputation as the premier rental agency in Marbella.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire rental portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with all local regulations. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including deposit collection and return, and inventory checks.
• Business Development: Actively seek and secure new rental properties to expand the company\'s portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on rental pricing and market trends.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for both property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the rental process.
• Financial Management: Monitor rental income, expenses, and budget for the department. Ensure all rental agreements, contracts, and financial transactions are handled accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Rental Manager, Property Manager, or a similar role in the real estate industry.
• Deep and demonstrable knowledge of the Marbella real estate market, including rental pricing, local laws, and popular residential areas.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• A valid driver\'s license and own transportation are required.
