A leading luxury brand in Madrid is seeking an Events Advisor to support the planning and execution of diverse events. You'll collaborate with internal teams, ensure seamless logistics, and contribute to budget management. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in marketing or events, a degree in a relevant field, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Clienteling, PR, or Events in a similar role.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' based on Spanish labor law.

Responsabilidades

Job responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

Part of the Clienteling Department at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), while working closely with the Paris HQ, stores, and suppliers.

As an Events Advisor, you will support in the planning and execution of diverse events, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure seamless logistics and exceptional experiences. Your role will involve coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis, contributing to the success of our Maison.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR and Corporate events, as well as on international events, exceptional events, and Client experiences.
  • Coordination of the events: staff, orders, organization, relations with suppliers, clients invites.
  • Follow-up: help with the preparation of everyday reports on the event to be sent to Paris HQ.
  • Seasonal stores openings: animation & coordination.
  • Provide support in managing event agencies and PR agencies involved in event execution.
  • Facilitate in establishing and maintaining relationships with event production companies and vendors.
  • Participate in the coordination of product presentations across various categories and occasional product launching events.
  • Aid team members in day-to-day operations, including event planning, sample transactions in the showroom, and coordination with media.
  • Contribute to budget planning and management for events, under supervision.
  • Assist in administrative support for event-related tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Support in conducting research for event planning, including venue options, vendors, and potential partners.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as transportation, accommodation, and on-site arrangements during events.
  • Participate in post-event activities, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Organize, coordinate and oversee logistics and inventory management for events
Profile
Expected Attitudes & Skills
  • Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of Agenda and priorities.
  • Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong communication skills and easily connects with others.
  • Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
  • MS Office proficiency - High level of Excel (PowerPoint as well).
  • Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory, French is a plus.
Required Profile & Experience
  • Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in Marketing/Events Management.
  • A previous experience of at least 2 years in Marketing/Clienteling/PR/Events in a similar role is required, in the luxury industry it will be highly appreciated.
  • It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law.
  • Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Start date: February 2026.
