This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Coordinator, joining our Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team. This position requires fluency (written and oral) in both English and one of the following languages - Polish, Dutch or German. As an empathetic problem-solver, the Lifecycle Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the organization and administration of the employee lifecycle. They will do this by executing general administrative work to support their peers in Lifecycle Operations teams - helping to deliver a quality experience for Remote’s global employees.

At first glance our salary bands seem wide. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. The annual salary range for this full-time position is $21,100 - $47,450 USD.
